Exercise as Self-Care
 
It can be challenging to find time to devote to exercise when having such a full schedule with work, children, partners, friends, and family.  Did you know that exercise can be a vital part of self-care?

Research has found that as few as 20 minutes of exercise has a link to increased happiness and feelings of well-being. 
 
Additionally, using exercise as family-time can be a clever way to build excise into your daily life.  Not only are you becoming fit and happy, so are your loved-ones.  An added bonus is spending some quality time as a family and instilling a healthy habit in your children that they will hopefully retain later in life.
 
Ways to incorporate 20 minutes of exercise into your life:
  • After-dinner stroll with the family
  • Take the dog for a walk
  • Do laps at the neighborhood school yard while the kids play
  • Play active games with your kids: tag, active Simon Says, exercise challenges, etc.
  • Family bike ride or hike
* of course modify these activities the abilities of you and your child

I use spin bike for fitness at home as well as gym. These days many people are becoming health conscious and indulging into high-end exercising regimes.

I'm 100%+ agree with that "Exercise" is vital part of self-care. Although finding some extra time to do exercise is really taught but we should do that for us own. It's so important to maintain a good health with a good mind. I have my own schedule for exercise. Thank you so much for this types of advice.

There are actually countless brands and pieces of home gym equipment at crazysales to select from, and quite a few are overpriced. Area is a problem, overly. Chances are you will be creating in your garage or visitor room (attendees can sleeping within the sofa-goals! ), so even if you’re ready to spend some cash, you don’t have the luxury of being able to get one of everything that looks remotely useful.
